As our Service Manager, you will be expected to work independently troubleshooting reported issues related to solar system generation. In this role, the candidate would be working on-site daily repairing systems and problem-solving in the field. This means the candidate will manage and open work orders, work with support departments from our suppliers to find solutions, and take the lead on diagnosing issues with existing solar systems. In our service division, we aid customers who we have installed for, as well as perform service calls out to new customers. Additionally, our service team is responsible for completing system commissioning, quality assurance, and setting up system monitoring, as the last step of each of our new system installs.
