Are You Interested in Solar for Your Home or Business?
Stittsville, Ontario
The Mazon system was installed on a newly built home in Stittsville, Ontario – just west of Ottawa. The 34 solar panels were laid out over the two main angled sections of the roof. 24 of the panels rest on the southwest side, and the other 10 rest on the northeast side. This was designed to maximize sunlight exposure year-round.
This 14.45-kilowatt solar system will produce over 15,500 kilowatt-hours of renewable energy every year. The Mazon system is an extra special system, as it won’t just be powering the home, but also charging the two electric vehicles owned by the homeowners! That’s right, the Mazon homeowners own two electric vehicles and their batteries will be charged by the solar system.
